They take advantage of you and lie to you in sales. The sales manager is garbage. Look elsewhere if you want CUSTOMER SERVICE. The GM here is a JOKE!

Normally, I like coming here and my service is great. I know I normally have to wait and sometimes have the fortune of getting a loaner. Today, I had requested one and none were available. When I told the service guy I didn’t have a lot of time, he threw his hands in the air and threw a fit. “You set this up on line and didn’t give us a chance to help you” well, I did initially set this up on line, I had to cancel and I rescheduled via phone. No protection for staff or employees. No one was wearing face masks or gloves. Two people drove my car with no protective gear. Not good!

The dealership is easy to work with on scheduling appointments for service and any maintenance and always works into my schedule. The time set is the time they get my car into bay or even before. I bought a be zjetta and it was the Best Buy of my life . I took many out of town travels in this vehicle And I have no regrets . It gives great mileage per fuel full up and great leg room for the drive . I have never had a problem with this car in fact I’ld buy another as I did this car cash and carry . This dealer doesn’t accept waiters for oil changes. Instead, you must make an appointment and come back later. Totally missing the mark. There are. CRoety of other places to take your VW who appreciate your business.

I just bought my first VW. When I went into look I told Glenn it would take me awhile to buy because I’d have to really think about switching a brand that had always been good to me. He understood and gave me the key points someone not familiar with VW would need to know. He never hounded me on the phone or sent relentless emails. Even the managers were polite and welcoming. Doug and his crew in the service department fixed the broken latch on our back door and did an oil change in less than an hour. They were friendly and professional!! I could not have asked for better service!!

I? took advantage of a come back special coupon for an oil change, made an appointment and was there two and a half hours. They were kind enough to take care of the recall , but missed my request for other services. They also left me with no communication or updates, also no one told me what they found or talked to me about what might need attention. I? was also puzzled why they went into my center consol and removed items and left them on the seat.

The worst dealer we've encountered in our 50 years of buying/leasing cars. When we leased our car in December, 2015, the "finance manager" mangled the paperwork so badly it was crazy. After hours on the phone trying to make him understand what he'd done wrong, he finally called us the next day and asked us to come in and sign corrected paperwork. Actually came back for a 3rd time today to purchase a Tiguan we had been looking at. This has been the worst experience of my life buying a new car. I even worked in the car business for 12 years. The 2015 Passat has the worst road noise and wind noise of any vehicle I have ever driven. The service department states that this is "normal". Took my CC in for the 30,000 mile oil change and left the car from Thursday to Monday. Went to pick my car up and had a large crack in the windshield. The service manager told me that the crack was due to heat and that I would have to pay for the windshield myself. It's not their problem.
